Sandy Harbor Water Park
Nearly 3 acres of water fun: float the Adventure River, race the Drop Zone mat racer, brave The Tube slide, and let little ones loose in the Splash Zone and Tad Pool. Seasonal (typically Memorial Day–Labor Day); confirm hours at check-in.
Indoor + outdoor pools
An All-Seasons indoor heated pool is open year-round, while the Olympic-sized outdoor pool and kiddie pools anchor a big sun deck — somewhere to swim whatever the weather.
Private oceanfront beach
Nearly a mile of soft Atlantic sand reserved for guests, with 20 marked access points (A–T). A quick cart ride from Site 1669 lets you pick a fresh stretch of sand each day.
Recreation everywhere
Mini golf, a redemption arcade, Sandy’s Down Under skate park, a nature center, basketball/volleyball, shuffleboard, cornhole, horseshoes, and eight freshwater fishing lakes.
Dining & Sandy Mart
On-site eats (Sandy’s Meet N’ Eat, poolside café, beachfront Coffee & Creamery) plus a 12,000 sq ft general store for groceries, beach gear, and last-minute supplies.

Gated 24/7 security
A fully gated community patrolled around the clock, 365 days a year, with passes issued at the main gate — reassuring for families with kids on bikes and carts.
Dog park & pet areas
Lakeside Paws N’ Play offers ~an acre of fenced off-leash space plus dog-wash stations. Note: Ocean Lakes’ standard policy for rental guests allows only certified service animals — please ask us before planning to bring a pet.
