What we collect

When you use Check Availability on the Rates page, we ask for:

• Name and email (required)
• Phone number and message (optional)
• Requested check-in, check-out, and guest count

We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. Browsing the rest of the site does not require an account.

How submissions are handled

Availability requests are sent through FormSubmit.co (opens in new tab), a third-party email relay, so your message reaches the owners. FormSubmit processes the data according to their own privacy policy. We use the information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you book, to manage your stay.

How long we keep it

We retain booking correspondence as long as needed to confirm availability, complete a reservation, and satisfy ordinary tax and record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete non-essential messages by emailing MooreMemories.Home@gmail.com.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics at this time. Embedded maps (OpenStreetMap) may set their own cookies when you interact with the map iframe.

Your choices
